TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These terms and conditions govern the provision of chauffeur-driven transport services by Luxotica. By booking a service with us, the client fully accepts these terms.

1. Reservation

Booking requests must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.
To process a booking, the client must provide:

  • Full name

  • Phone number and email address

  • Pickup and destination address

  • Date and time

  • Vehicle preference

  • Any special requests

A quote will be sent based on the provided information.
The reservation is considered confirmed upon client agreement and receipt of payment, if required.

2. Rates

Our prices are based on service details and may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle type

  • Number of passengers

  • Duration and distance

  • Optional extras or specific requests

Prices include:

  • Driver

  • Fuel

  • Insurance

  • Tolls

  • Parking

Prices do not include:

  • Meals

  • Accommodation

  • Gratuities

  • Any services not explicitly stated

If the service duration or schedule changes, additional charges may apply.

3. Service Execution

The driver will arrive at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time.
Delays of more than 15 minutes by the client may incur a fee.

Luggage must fit within the vehicle’s capacity.
Passenger numbers must not exceed the vehicle’s legal limit.
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals with prior notice.

4. Modification and Cancellation

All cancellations must be communicated as early as possible.

For airport transfers:

  • Free cancellation up to 72 hours in advance
  • 50% charge for cancellations made 72–48 hours prior
  • 70% charge for cancellations made 48–24 hours prior
  • Full charge if cancelled under 24 hours before the booking


For other services, cancellation policies may vary and will be specified in the quote.

5. Delays

If the driver is delayed, the client will be informed promptly.
If the client is more than 15 minutes late without notice, the service may be billed additionally or cancelled without refund.

6. Responsibility

Clients are expected to act respectfully and follow safety instructions.
Luxotica is not responsible for delays caused by external events such as traffic or weather.

7. Damages

Any damage caused to the vehicle by the client will be invoiced accordingly.

8. Payment and Invoicing

Payments must be made upon booking confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
An invoice will be provided on request.
In the event of delayed payment, penalties may apply according to French law.

9. Personal Data

Client data is collected solely for managing bookings.
Data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties.
Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting info@luxotica.fr.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Luxotica website (text, images, logos) is the exclusive property of Luxotica. It may not be reused without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall be handled by the relevant courts in Paris.
